For over 15 years, I’ve worked with women and men across a broad range of health concerns, from digestive, hormonal and metabolic issues to headaches, skin concerns, fatigue, inflammation and more. That breadth of general practice experience has given me a strong appreciation for how interconnected symptoms can be - and how important it is to look beyond any one system or diagnosis.
I spend a lot of time in the research and bring an evidence-informed approach to care, using detailed health assessments, thoughtful lab interpretation, and a critical, analytical eye to look for patterns and underlying contributors that may otherwise be missed.
I also incorporate clinical hypnotherapy when appropriate, including support for behaviour change, fears and phobias, smoking cessation, and other areas where subconscious patterns can play a role.
Today, my practice has a particular focus on helping women navigate the complex health changes of midlife.
